DESCRIPTION:Members are invited to attend the combined 15th and 16th Annual General Meeting\nSunday 6:00pm 5 December 2021\nThe Maso’s\n86 Robert’s Avenue Mortdale 2223\n \nMembers attending will be eligible for a lucky draw to win one of a number of playing spots on the 2022 Mayor’s Charity Golf Day at Hurstville Golf Course.\nLight refreshments will be served to the conclusion of the meeting.\nImportant: All members must be vaccinated to enter the club and must wear a mask.\n \n\n \nNotice Of Annual General Meeting\nNOTICE is hereby given that a combined 15/16th Annual General Meeting of Members of Hurstville Golf Club Inc. will be held at the St George Maso’s Club Auditorium, 86 Roberts Road, Mortdale on\nSunday 5th December 2021 commencing at 6:00pm.\n \nNote: due to Covid restriction in place in the latter half of 2020, the club was unable to hold that year’s AGM. In accordance with the Department of Fair Trading’s regulations, last year’s Financial Report will be presented at this year’s AGM. As such, the club is required to pass the following resolution as the first item on the agenda.\n“MOVE THAT the format and conduct of the meeting be accepted and that any challenge arising from any procedural irregularity in, or to, the conduct of the meeting be waived”\n \nBusiness\n\nDeclare the Meeting open and welcome members\nApologies\nTo confirm the Minutes of the last Annual General Meeting held on 17th November 2019\nTo receive and consider the club’s Financial Report for the period ended 30th June 2020\nTo receive and consider the club’s Administrative Reports, Financial Report and Auditors Report for the year ended 30th June 2021\nTo Elect the Office Bearers and General Committee Members to the following positions:\n\n\n\nPresident\nVice President\nTreasurer\nSecretary\nAssistant Secretary/Treasurer\nCaptain\nGeneral Committee Members (6 positions)\n\n\n\n\nTo deal with any other business lawfully brought forward.\n\nSpecial Business\nNil\nNotes\n\nNominations for positions on the club’s management committee must be in the hands of the Secretary by no later than 26th November 2021.
