The Matchplay Championship final was played on Saturday 12th of April between Matthew Upton and Geoffrey Smith.
It was a tight match for most of the round with both players gaining the advantage multiple times throughout but in the end Matthew got the upper hand on the 14th and went on to win 3up with 2 to play.
