Hurstville 6½ Defeated Barnwell Park ½
The Men’s Major Pennant were at home this week with the return match against Barnwell Park. The Hurstville team defended their home turf with a fantastic 6½ to ½ win.
Peter Tunks had an outstanding 7&6 win and finished his match without having to take on the dam hole. James Hawkes and Khristian Kerrigan were also dominant in their matches, and a shout out to Todd Shaw with his first win of the season.
The win places Hurstville at the top of their section with 3 points with two matches to play. Northbridge and Roseville are close behind, both with 2½ points.
