The club wishes to advise members of several updates to the membership structure for 2026–2027.
The club will increase membership subscriptions from 1 July 2026. Until now, the club has absorbed all increases in costs, and membership subscriptions have not been changed since 2011. To remain financially sustainable and continue improving the golf course, subscription adjustments are now necessary.
The club has also taken the opportunity to refine our membership categories to give members greater choice. A new 5 Day Membership has been introduced to better suit members’ playing habits.
2026-2027 Membership Subscriptions
| Category | Amount | Entitlements |
| 5 Day Membership | $250.00 | Access to competitions from Monday to Friday. |
| 5 Day Senior Membership | $220.00 | For Members 60 years or over. Access to competitions from Monday to Friday. |
| 6 Day Membership | $300.00 | Full access to competitions from Sunday to Friday. Access to Saturday competitions when booking in on Wednesday before the competition. |
| 7 Day Membership | $330.00 | Access to all competitions. |
| Junior Membership | $75.00 | Members up to the age of 18 or studying full-time. |
- 6 Day Senior membership will no longer be available. Instead, a 5 Day Senior membership has been created.
- 7 Day Senior Membership is no longer available. Current 7 Day Senior Members will have a reduced membership rate.
- Membership Subscriptions will not be prorated for new members; full fees apply year‑round.
Water Levy
Members consistently express a desire to see ongoing improvements to the course. A key factor in this is ensuring adequate watering during the summer months. To support this, the club will introduce a $20.00 mandatory water levy. This levy will appear as a separate line item on your subscription, and 100% of the funds will be provided to Georges River Council to be used exclusively to cover the costs of increased irrigation. Junior members will be exempt.
New 5 Day Membership
Beginning 1 July 2026, members may choose a new 5 Day Membership, providing access to competitions from Monday to Friday. This option is ideal for members who do not play on weekends and prefer not to pay for weekend access. It is particularly suited to retirees and includes a senior rate for members aged 60 and over. 5 Day members will enjoy the same entitlements as the current 6 Day membership, except for playing in Sunday competitions.
Members wishing to convert to the 5 Day Membership must notify the club by 15 May 2026 so that subscription notices can be updated. You can notify the club by clicking on the button at the end of this notice or by emailing [email protected]
New 5 Day Membership
The club has capped total membership at 1,100. After each annual subscription period, any vacant memberships will be offered in the following order:
- 6 Day members wishing to transfer to a 7 Day membership
- New 5 Day and 6 Day members
Members who allow their membership to lapse will not retain any seniority from previous years.
Transferring from 5 or 6 Day to 7 Day Membership
After the renewal period, 5 or 6 Day members may be offered the opportunity to transfer to a vacant 7 Day membership. These offers will be prioritised by joining date and will require payment of the subscription difference.
5 or 6 Day members will continue to be able to book into available Saturday time sheet spaces three days before the competition.
Transferring from 7 Day to 5 or 6 Day Membership
Members who renew their 7‑day membership may transfer to a 5‑ or 6‑day membership at a later date. However, the club does not provide refunds for any fee differences when moving between these membership categories.
