Hurstville v Lakeside Camden
It was a tough day out for the Wazza and Gibbo teams. Lakeside Camden are the fancy team in our pool and, unfortunately for us, they had their game faces on.
Warren Team
Ron & Mark were the Warren team’s bright spot in an otherwise difficult day of golf. They finished the day with a 2&1 win. The previously undefeated pair of Jake and Matt could only watch on as their opponents produced an A Grade game to take the win. Joe and Nick were also beaten with their final result a 3&2 loss.
Gibson Team
Gibbos had an up and down day, but eventually went down to the front runners in our group 2 matches to 1. Peter and Paul were the only Gibbo winners with a fantastic 5&3 result. Once again we had some new players this week who all show promise for the future.
To stay in contention we need to defeat Camden 3 zip away. You never know!!”
