NOTICE is hereby given that the 14th Annual General Meeting of Members of Hurstville Golf Club Inc. will be held at the St George Masonic Club Auditorium, 86 Roberts Road, Mortdale on Sunday 17th November 2019 commencing at 6:00pm.
Business
- Declare the Meeting open and welcome by the President.
- To confirm the Minutes of the 2018 Annual General Meeting.
- To receive and consider the club’s Annual Report, Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Statement for the year ended 30th June 2019.
- To receive and consider the Auditors Report.
- To Elect the Office Bearers and General Committee Members to the following positions:
- President
- Vice President
- Treasurer Secretary
- Assistant Secretary/Treasurer
- Captain
- Vice-Captain
- General Committee Members (6 positions)
- To deal with any other business lawfully brought forward.

- Nominations for positions on the club’s committee must be in the hands of the Secretary by no later than 5:30 pm 2rd. November 2019. Details of the roles and responsibilities of all position are available on application. Contact the Secretary via the club’s e-mail and for application forms.
- Light refreshments will be served at the conclusion of the meeting.
